I’m Rhonda, the Founder of Hearts N Action Resources, LLC, an organization I created from a deep calling to support individuals and families with compassion, dignity, and cultural understanding during life’s most meaningful transitions. My work is grounded in presence, empathy, and the belief that no one should have to navigate overwhelming moments alone.

For several years, I have served as a case management coordinator in mental health and a community health worker, supporting people through complex emotional, medical, and social challenges. These roles deepened my understanding of how overwhelming it can be to manage care decisions, family transitions, or end‑of‑life planning without guidance.

I founded Hearts N Action Resources to fill that gap — offering hands‑on support, emotional grounding, and clear direction when life feels heavy or uncertain. Whether I’m helping someone understand their care options, supporting a family through a difficult moment, or providing end‑of‑life doula services, my goal is always the same: to bring comfort, clarity, and connection to every person I serve.

Rooted in Solano County, I’m committed to uplifting my community with services that honor culture, identity, and lived experience. This work is more than my profession — it’s my purpose.
